CREDENTIALS
Ben's practice at Miller & Steiert focuses on criminal law, family law and commercial law. Ben is a Colorado native. As a young man a highlight of his student years was attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. It was his love of Colorado's outdoors that caused Ben to leave behind the study of biology and major in environmental science at CU, Boulder. His interests broadened and Ben decided to attend law school. At the University of Denver College of Law Ben was president of the legal fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta, and a winning moot court participant. Prior to his graduation Ben interned and then clerked at Miller & Steiert, working most notably on the People v. Grady case.
