Marty Miller began his law practice in 1951. Three years later, Marty was elected District Judge of the Arapahoe, Adams and Jefferson County District Courts. Following his tenure as a District Judge, Marty served as District Attorney for Arapahoe and Douglas Counties for 10 years.

Marty tried over 3,000 cases and argued cases before both of Colorado's appellate courts.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Throughout his career as an attorney, Marty was active in community affairs and often lectured for the University of Denver and Westminster Law Schools. The firm's founder enriched the Miller & Steiert practice through his broad experience and his proven ability to successfully help his clients solve their legal problems.
