Brandon Maggiore

Brandon Maggiore is an experienced litigation attorney who started his legal career in court every day as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Since 2011, Brandon’s practice has focused on trust, estate, guardianship, and conservatorship litigation as well as fiduciary representation. Prior to going to law school, Brandon was a firefighter and worked in construction of both new homes and remodels. Brandon also represents clients in constructions disputes, contracts, and real property partition actions.

Prior to joining Miller & Steiert, P.C., Brandon was a Senior Associate Attorney at another Denver law firm and co-founded and ran his own firm focusing on estate and construction defect litigation. He also gained financial experience as a Special Needs Trust Officer for a regional bank.

Brandon was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Estate and Trust Litigation in 2019.
