Anna Goebel’s Attorney Profile

Anna’s practice at Miller & Steiert focuses on general civil litigation, employment law, criminal defense, and family law. After being honored with the Chancellor’s Scholarship, Anna attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Anna participated in the Civil Rights Clinic and was part of a small team of students who successfully negotiated a systemic settlement on behalf of a group of individuals with disabilities. She was also a law clerk at several employment law and civil litigation firms in the Denver area. Anna graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law third in her class and Order of the Coif.

Prior to law school, Anna was a Criminal Defense Investigator with Colorado State Public Defender’s Office. While there, she gathered evidence and built cases for trial on hundreds of misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony criminal cases. She was the lead investigator in a first-degree homicide trial that resulted in a full acquittal on all charges for her client.

Anna prides herself on zealous, client-centered advocacy for her clients. Anna spends her free time skiing, rafting, gardening, and spending as much time as possible with her dog.
