Miller & Steiert, PC is pleased to announce that Gary M. Clexton was recently recognized by Jefferson County Mediation Services as the Workplace Mediator of the Year for 2014.
Gary conducts private mediation in civil disputes, including probate and estate cases. He also serves as an independent investigator finder of fact. Gary lectures frequently to attorneys and professionals on a variety of litigation and employment issues. He has been retained to conduct independent fact-finding investigations and is a Personnel Hearing Officer for the Jefferson County Department of Human Resources.
Gary has been an AV rated attorney for over 10 years and in 2012 was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in employment law.
