In August, Jefferson County Mediation Services recognized Gary Clexton as “Workplace Mediator of the Year” for his pro bono work mediating disputes for the county. Through Littleton Alternative Dispute Resolution(LADR), the ADR arm of Miller & Steiert, Clexton has mediated dozens of disputes for the program since he began working with it in 2006.
“I participate with this program because I enjoy helping people who otherwise might not be able to afford mediation,” Gary said. “I’m honored that the county recognized the work that I, and many other mediators, do for Jefferson County.”
