What is The Difference Between A Will versus Trust

There’s a lot of differences between wills versus trust. There’s no right answer for every person. I see a lot of people that come to me and they say, “I don’t need a trust. It costs more to draft that. I just want to do a last will and testament.” Well, that’s a misconception. We can discuss the differences between will and trust to figure out what makes the best sense for you. You don’t just need a will or you don’t just need a trust. We need to figure out based off your individual, personal situation what’s the most appropriate avenue for you. That misconception that you just need a last will and testament may not be right for everybody.
